Digital Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Organize talks and events related to the products and services.
  • Expand products and services to meet market demand.
  • Impart product knowledge to sales and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with Operations, Schedulers, Product Managers, Training Manager, and Sales Teams in planning course schedules and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Work with Marketing Team to come up with interesting content in website pages, organize and coordinate events to promote the products and services
  • Responsible for Curriculum Validation, Review and Reporting (CVRR) and ensuring CVRR is conducted with high quality and within agreed timeline.
  • Work with SME/course developers for any changes/amendment needed after CVRR exercise.
  • Work with SME/course developers and being responsible for new courseware mapping, development, and submission for different funding agencies.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Partner with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and solutions, and identify/implement and successfully manage the execution of the plan.
  • Conduct analysis and prepare proposal for clients.
  • Craft out end-to-end corporate digitalisation solutioning.
  • Conduct thought-mapping process to link company goals and objectives to solutions.
  • Contextualise programme objectives, desired learning outcomes, and performance metrics.
  • Create delivery/project schedule to company’s needs.

Requirements

  • Preferably Degree Holder.
  • Preferably candidates with relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA/ACLP or DACE/DDDLP.
  • Preferably proven expertise in Artificial intelligence.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong digital, technological, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive communication strategies to get clients buy-in.
  • Proven expertise on the concept of emerging technologies.
  • Proven experience in driving transformation to help organisations survive digital disruption.
  • Proven experience in applying technologies to enhance customer experience, productivity and enabling data-driven decision making for effective operations.
  • Proven experience in adopting digital technologies to improve and address the business performance gaps of the organisation
  • Proven expertise in some combination of the following domains:
    • Sensors, Internet of Things, Cloud technology, Blockchain
    • Virtual and Augmented Reality, Robotics and automation
    • (Collaborative Robots, AGVs), RPA, chatbots
    • Automation of knowledge work, Advanced analytics, Artificial
    • intelligence, Machine Learning
    • Additive manufacturing (3D printing), Renewable energy
    • Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation and Dashboard
    • Digital Business Model
    • Digital Operating Model
    • Digital Strategy, Modular, Lean, Scrum, Agile, Design Thinking
    • Social platform, Virtual communities, Borderless world,
